Xigfireon is a name born from imagination, with roots in a personal story that began long before the brand itself. Over time, it has come to embody ideas of creative fire, light, nature, and our place in the greater cosmos. While it has no single, established definition, its meaning is woven into the spirit of our brand and the artwork we create. Discover the story behind the name on our What's a Xigfireon? page.

The short answer is between 1 and 2 weeks. Shipping and processing times may vary depending on the item(s) ordered, the shipping destination, which fulfillment sites are involved, and the overall volume of orders being fulfilled. As a general rule, orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery to North American and European locations takes from 5 to 8 days, and delivery to all other international locations takes from 5 to 10 days.

Indeed, we do, as long as the return request is sent to us within 30 days after receipt of the order. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
