Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days after being placed, depending on our overall order volume. We will always notify you via email with tracking info when your items are packaged and shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer standard flat rate shipping worldwide. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping for all orders destined for locations anywhere in North America, Central America, or Europe with a 5 to 8 business day delivery window.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders destined to any location in North America, Central America, or Europe qualify for free shipping. All orders destined for locations outside of North America and Europe will be shipped and delivered for a standard flat rate of about MX$192.11 (or the equivalent of ten U.S. dollars) with a 5 to 10 business day delivery window.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Certain items may not be deliverable to certain countries, as will be noted in their product descriptions.

OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday -  Friday
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office
